The time has come for this special Min-pin/Chi mix to find a loving home. He’s been at DAWG for an awfully long time. So many of his buddies have come and gone, but he hasn’t found his forever home yet. All the volunteers just LOVE Ricky! It’s fun to watch him play so nicely with all the little dogs. He’s one of the lucky few who get to spend one whole day each week playing w/ the doggies at DIOJI-a dog resort. He’s smart, curious, playful, alert and energetic. His whole hind-end wiggles when he wags his tail. He’s also known for his velvety smooth belly. Ricky does bond very deeply and tends to get a little possessive and protective of his person. He will need a home/family with time and patience to allow him to feel a part of the pack. Some training would be beneficial to his successful adjustment to family life.
