Twinkle is not yet ready for adoption-she still has a few more weeks before she can go to her forever home! We are accepting applications for this adorable little fuzz ball, and the foster reports that she is a very sweet and loving little puppy.  She loves to be nowhere else than on the couch with you, but is also very eager to explore the world around her.
